Festive Bubble Warm Recipes

I opened the window yesterday... and there it was. The smell. The great spicy orchard smell of the autumn ending and winter approaching. But the smell was coming from the market down the street. That's too far. I need it closer . Closer to my building pile of Christmas presents in the cupboard, ready to be wrapped in the coming weeks.

Why not have the smell at your own business? Or home? Close.. within reach, these recipes will hopefully help you, don't forget to check out our website for our winter sale! Bubbleteahousecompany.com

For a Spiced Apple Cider, you will need:

250ml Apple Syrup
150ml Yellow Peach Syrup
30ml Kumquat Syrup
100ml Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup

For a Fruity Hot Bubble Punch you will need:

250ml Yellow Peach Syrup
150ml Tutti Frutti Syrup
30ml Orange Syrup
100ml Apple Syrup

For a Twisted Bubble Plum Punch you will need

250ml Plum Syrup
150ml Apple Syrup
30ml Sugar-free Caramel Syrup
100ml White Peach Syrup

For all the fruit punches/ciders
12L Cooking Pot
10L Boiling Water
12L Hot Tea Urn
30ml Fructose (optional)
3 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise
1 Fresh Apple
1 Fresh Mandarin Orange

Serves:

27X 360ml Cup

Instructions:

1. In a large cooking pot, at high heat, place the boiling water, the syrups and fructose and stir. When the water comes to a boil, turn the heat to low.

2. Add the spices and fresh fruit (cut into pieces, de-seeded) and stir.

3. Leave to simmer for 1hr.

3. Turn off the heat and place in a 12L Hot Water urn.

4. Serve.

Note:

By adding the fructose, you will make your drink sweeter than it normally would be. When you are ready to serve, only fill 3/4 of your cup, add boiling water and this will bring back the proper temperature to your drink.

Best Option: To have the perfect cider, continue simmering until serving. If you do this, there is no need to add fructose.

TURBOBBLE!

Don't forget that anything can turn into a Bubble Tea! Add warm tapioca pearls to your drink, but just be careful because they will be hot.

To avoid any mishaps, if you wish to add pearls to your drink, keep your cider in a 12L container. This will ensure that your cider is not dangerously hot when you serve it with the Tapioca Pearls. But still remain cautious, specially with children.
